Group Therapy: $25-50/90 Minute Session
Group therapy is a setting where people with similar challenges come together to talk and support each other, guided by a trained therapist. It provides a safe space to share experiences, learn from others, and develop new coping strategies. The group setting helps you feel less alone and gain different perspectives on your own situation. It’s a great way to build connections and grow in a supportive, understanding environment. Group therapy is offered on an as needed basis once enough clients have indicated an interest in formaing a group.
