Welcome to Allelon

As someone who has sat on both sides of the room, I know firsthand how tough it can be to ask for help facing what many of us find to be the most difficult parts of ourselves and our lives. If you are here, then I want you to know you are welcome and so incredibly courageous just to have taken the first step. Perhaps one day, everyone will feel emboldened in their choices to pursue not just surviving but thriving be it through therapy or other methods of healing. Until then, it is my hope that if and when you are ready to take the next step Allelon can be a space where you feel connected, supported, and safe to engage in the therapeutic process no matter who you are, where you come from, or what you believe. Hypnosis is NOT a loss of control or consciousness. It is not your therapist planting ideas or making you quack like a duck. It IS a way to enter deep relaxation and focused attention that can help us work with 95% of the brain we are not aware of on a day-to-day basis–the subconscious brain. This can often be useful in addressing pain management, reducing anxiety, and reframing thoughts and beliefs that are keeping you stuck.
